Walls and backlit panels
We plan large surfaces, bookmatch, joints and even illumination with service access to the lighting system.
Natural onyx for backlit panels, feature walls, bar fronts, tables and decorative accents. We select a specific slab, test translucency and plan lighting, fabrication and installation in Kyiv and the surrounding region.
Royal Stone material filter: natural and engineered stones with quick access to the right texture and a quote request.
We select onyx by the actual slab, project requirements and budget. For each batch we confirm origin, dimensions, thickness, finish, availability and current pricing before an order is placed. If you want to buy onyx in Kyiv for a wall panel, bar, countertop or decorative feature, we prepare suitable slab options and a fabrication quote.
Onyx is valued for translucency and depth, but light transmission varies from slab to slab. The actual stone is therefore tested with light before cutting, and the areas that form the main pattern are agreed in advance.
Onyx is not selected by colour alone: slab format, translucency, joints, substrate and service conditions all matter.
We plan large surfaces, bookmatch, joints and even illumination with service access to the lighting system.
Expressive slab areas are selected for fronts, returns and focal zones where the stone becomes a luminous accent.
We assess water exposure, cut-out geometry, sealing and recommendations for protecting the stone surface.
Vein direction, exposed edges, support and local or internal lighting are coordinated around the actual slab.
The effect depends on more than the stone: the actual slab, light distance, diffusion and service access must be tested and coordinated.
The selected slab is tested with light to identify areas with the right depth, colour and contrast.
Vein direction, mirrored layouts and visible joints are approved before cutting.
LED type, distance, diffuser and brightness are selected for the slab thickness and actual translucency.
The assembly must support the stone, avoid hot spots and allow access to drivers and lighting components.
The price of onyx per m² is only a reference. A finished feature also depends on slab choice, usable yield, finishing, lighting, substrate, delivery and installation.
Batch, format, rarity of pattern, origin and confirmed availability all affect material pricing.
Layout determines the number of slabs, waste and whether a symmetrical composition can be achieved.
Profiles, openings, radii, lamination and exposed-edge finishing are quoted from the drawings.
LED, diffusion, drivers, profiles and service access are designed separately from the stone itself.
Part weight, framework, site access, lifting, joints and final fitting are included in the overall project quote.
A RoyalStone visual selection shows how translucent pink onyx changes across different scales. The actual slab is always tested for translucency before a project is fabricated.

A compact luminous object where even lighting, a refined edge and service access are essential.

A large surface needs coordinated slab layout, a stable substrate and even lighting without local hot spots.

For wet areas we separately coordinate geometry, surface protection, sealing and access to lighting components.
A backlit feature is designed as one system: stone, layout, framework, lighting, electrics and installation are coordinated before fabrication.
We receive photos, drawings or renders and confirm dimensions, joints, site access and service conditions.
We show the actual onyx, assess pattern and translucency and reserve the required batch.
Light temperature, brightness, stone-to-light distance and diffusion are agreed on the actual material.
Bookmatch, joints, exposed edges, cut-outs, framework and driver access are fixed before fabrication.
We cut, finish edges, laminate where required and perform a controlled dry assembly of the components.
Stone and lighting are installed, joints and illumination are checked and access for future service is retained.
Send dimensions, photos or a render. We will shortlist slabs, test translucency, coordinate the assembly and prepare a preliminary fabrication quote.
