Vessel basin
We coordinate the waste opening, tap position, wall clearances and usable countertop area.
Undermount basin
We design the exact cut-out, polish the inner edge, specify basin supports and seal the junction.
Integrated stone basin
The base, falls, bonded joints, waste detail, inspection access and trap servicing are engineered together.
Edges, upstands and joints
We define the profile, built-up thickness, wall upstand, seam locations and continuation of the stone pattern.
Vanity, supports and fixings
Cabinet rigidity, spans, cantilevers, wall brackets and the combined weight of stone and sanitaryware are checked.

Material selection
Available slabs are reviewed for size and the intended pattern direction is approved.
Final survey
The vanity, walls, corners, openings, services and installation clearances are measured.
Drawings and layout
Part geometry, edges, cut-outs, joints, upstands and support details are prepared.
Fabrication
Parts are cut, edges and openings polished, components bonded and quality checked.
Delivery and installation
The route is protected, the countertop fitted, junctions sealed and maintenance guidance handed over.

What should be complete before the final survey
The final survey is carried out after the vanity, sanitaryware, walls and every element controlling the stone geometry are fixed.

Tap and accessories
